Andrew Freeman is an employment attorney and Of Counsel to Mitra Law Group. Andrew is a partner at Unlawful Termination Lawyers, LLC. Andrew is admitted to practice law in Oregon state and federal courts. He is also a member of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association (OTLA).
Andrew graduated with honors from Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon and received numerous academic awards. He also served as Article Editor for the Lewis & Clark Law Review and was a member of the Employment Law Society. Andrew received his undergraduate degree with top honors from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.
Andrew first discovered his passion for employment law during college when he worked fulltime at a busy law firm that represented employees who experienced sexual harassment, discrimination and retaliation in the workplace. He learned first-hand the level of skill, hard work, and perseverance necessary to achieve justice for employees who have been wronged, and it inspired him to attend law school to become an advocate for employees’ rights.
Andrew has represented hundreds of employees in harassment and discrimination cases, including high-profile matters involving large, nationwide employers. Andrew brings a compassionate and supportive approach to his advocacy for victims of sexual harassment. He recognizes that deciding to seek justice regarding situations as sensitive as sexual harassment can feel overwhelming and works carefully to ensure that clients understand and can have their voices heard during the legal process.
